Ko Samui
We decided on one final beach trip and fly from Laos to Ko Samui, a big island in the Thai Gulf. We stayed at a nice German-owned hotel on the beach, but it turned out the kids were kind of burned out on beaches, especially ones with fire plankton in the water. The island did have some killer nightmarkets and a neat airport though.
